The Church House Inn
This multi award winning Grade 2 listed pub was the first pub in Devon to be listed in the Michelin Pub Guide and has been voted Devons Best Country Pub by readers of Devon Life magazine. The awards don't stop there, the Pub have also been voted Devon's Dining Pub of the Year (2013) by the Good Pub Guide. The Church House Inn at Marldon was originally built around 1400 and gave accommodation to the artisans working on the church, after which it became the meeting house for the church congregation and finally the Village Inn.

MARLDON APPLE PIE FAIR
The last Saturday in July
The Marldon Apple Pie Fair has been going since 1888 in memory of local farmer, George Hill, who would use his windfall apples to bake an enormous apple pie for the village. Nowadays, locals and visitors alike join in the celebrations. Events throughout the afternoon include local arts, crafts and food stands, falconry displays, games and even a novelty dog show!

TORBAY AIRSHOW
Torbay Airshow will return this spring with breathtaking air displays over the stunning South Devon bay. The two day show will take place over the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd June 2018 on Paignton Green offering free entertainment for all the family. The Bay provides a stunning natural amphitheatre for viewing the airshow, providing a perfect location for a large coastal airshow. The event is free to attend.

DARTMOUTH REGATTA
30th August - 1st September 2018
With fiercely fought local rowing competitions, yacht racing, dinghy sailing, stand up paddleboarding, water polo in the Boatfloat and the WEARA championship, the 2018 Regatta is a true celebration of the water.
There's so much to do for all the family. The kids won't have a free moment - with crab fishing, a fancy dress competition, dog show, ice cream eating competition, treasure hunts, puppet theatres, pavement painting and much much more.
There's music at the Bandstand, an arts and crafts market, car and boat displays and all kinds of food and drink stalls.
